Our very special guest is Jay Norris, the TDOT Director/Assistant Chief Engineer of Region 3, which covers our Goodlettsville area! With a wealth of experience and expertise, Jay oversees department operations across the 26-county Middle Tennessee region, ensuring the smooth implementation of critical infrastructure projects and highway maintenance initiatives.
In this engaging forum-style setting, Jay will share his insights into the major areas of operational responsibilities, including highway construction, repair, traffic issues, maintenance, bridge inspection, potholes, and more.
